CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
M-I Swaco Centrifugal Pumps are pumps used to transport fluids by the conversion of rotational kinetic energy to the hydrodynamic energy of the fluid flow. The rotational energy comes from an electric motor (different power available for different pump sizes). The fluid enters into the pump impeller near to the rotating axis and is accelerated by the impeller, flowing radially. Outward into the casing from where it then exits.
